What are you going to do?- As Supply Chain Specialist In Season, you will drive operational excellence through executional activities to optimize in season activities within one of the In Season shared teams – including Order Management, Shipping & Delivery and In-Season Execution
- Utilize strong E2E operations, commercial and account facing experience to ensure effective KPI focus, business delivery to elevate service and ensure accurate In Season execution through x-functional collaboration
- Contribute to initiatives and results towards our operational KPI’s (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability)
- Flexibly move to provide your subject matter expertise in areas of critical business need across EMEA Supply Chain
- Ensure a specific focus on Order Management, associated KPI’s, elevating visibility and driving associated actions within your role
- Demonstrate strong skills in matrix management, influencing and prioritization of work in close collaboration with the Account Facing teams and External Partners as well as Pre/Post Season & Responsive teams to ensure an aligned approach towards operational execution
- Contribute to the smooth flow of inventory across EMEA to deliver strong Availability, Orderbook health, Working Capital, and logistic efficiency
- Support the transformation of the new MPO setup by championing the vision and approach with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement related to our tools, processes and end to end collaboration with your key x-functional partners
- Working closely with your colleagues to identify and facilitate continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency of how Nike supply chain operates within the marketplace through the lens of In Season activities.

What do we ask?- The ideal candidate should have around 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or planning roles, with a strong focus on consumer needs and innovation. They should possess extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management and general business principles
- Project management: Proven experience in leading medium to large sized cross-functional projects and using project management methodology.
- Storytelling & Influencing: Strong written and verbal communicator, ability to translate complex supply chain issues into concise insights, sharing with senior leaders, bringing recommendations and facilitating decision making.
- Stakeholder management: Experience in developing excellent working relationships with key partners, bringing the right people together and facilitating leadership decisions.
- Vision & Leadership: Ambition to drive change, and ability to clearly communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure and multinational teams.
- Analytics: Expertise in KPI management and root cause analysis using excel and/or Tableau & perform deep dive analysis. Ability to translate large and complex data sets into business insights through visualization (graphs, tables). Experience with SQL is a plus. Obsess Consumer Promise KPI’s on a daily basis and execute actions to reflect a competitive and reliable delivery promise utilizing various signals
- ERP System experience (SAP is a plus).
