In this role, you will work at the heart of our Kids Performance team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute franchise plans that align with Nike’s commercial goals.
What are you going to do?As a Senior Assortment Planner, you will:
- Strategize Seasonal Planning: Develop and influence seasonal plans for Nike Marketplace, covering RSV, net sales, margin, receipts, and inventory at the franchise level.
- Drive CFoP Goals: Design strategies to achieve Consumer Fields of Play (CFoP) objectives and manage product-driven OTB (Open-to-Buy) forecasts for production decisions.
- Optimize In-Season Performance: Analyze sales and inventory data on a weekly or monthly basis, identifying risks, opportunities, and action plans.
- Ensure Product Health: Monitor top franchise ‘Stock and Sales Plans,’ making cross-marketplace decisions to maximize product success.
- Manage Inventory End-to-End: Maintain healthy inventory levels across CFoPs, ensuring overall marketplace stability.
- Lead Cross-Functional Communication: Advocate for Assortment Plans to Partner Management and internal leadership through a CFoP perspective.
- Drive Independent Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful project outcomes.

What do we ask?We are looking for an experienced Assortment Planner with a strong understanding of retail and consumer demand. You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Consumer/Retail Merchandising, Assortment Planning, or Demand Planning.
- Proven skills in consumer demand, retail math, financial planning, and margin optimization.
- Proficiency in Assortment Planning tools, WSSI, Excel, and other planning software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage projects independently.
- A passion for collaboration and building relationships with cross-functional teams.
