We're looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our Nike Partner Stores team. We have a maternity leave available until half of February 2026. Are you our Retail Ops expert? Please read more below!

What are you going to do?

The Retail Operations Manager plays a strategic role in ensuring operational excellence across Nike Stores Partnered. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire fleet management, trade terms governance, discount strategy and tracking and operational efficiency for both day-to-day business and strategic projects. The position serves as a key driver in optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with Nike’s operational standards, and enabling Nike’s partners to deliver premium consumer experiences while maintaining profitability and brand integrity.


NSP Fleet Management

  • Oversee the lifecycle management of the Nike Stores Partnered fleet, including openings, closures, remodels, and relocations.
  • Provide a report out thru reviewing the Fleet based on productivity, profitability.
  • Responsible for NSP Store Approval Meetings (SAM)

Trade Terms & Discount Management

  • Define and manage trade terms, ensuring alignment with Nike’s commercial strategy and Partners’ agreements
  • Oversee discounting frameworks and approval processes, tracking conditional discount performances, ensuring financial sustainability while protecting Nike’s brand equity.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive best-in-class retail operations across NSP, aligning with Nike Direct standards
  • Lead operational projects that enhance partner capabilities, including systems, processes, and in-store execution
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on operational risks, opportunities, and efficiencies

What do we ask?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business or similar
  • Fluent in English
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving – Ability to analyze complex operational challenges and develop scalable solutions.
  • Project Management – Experience leading cross-functional projects and ensuring seamless execution
  • Financial Acumen – Strong grasp of trade terms, P&L management, and discounting impacts on profitability
  • Stakeholder & PM – Ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams and partners.
