What are you going to do?You will be responsible for in season and long term margin financial plans. You will be a key partner in helping drive x-functional alignment and supporting business leaders assessing risks & opportunities across EMEA portfolio.
- Lead & Drive the Financial Planning processes In-Year and Long term across Consumer and Marketplace in partnership with DSM, ELC and Controlling.
- Highlight R&O across the portfolio build scenarios to deliver the financial forecast in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Lead finance transformation for margin management including Anaplan, SEC and First costs.
- Leads FP&A deliverables for month close, CFO reviews and Monthly/Quarterly reviews.
- Actively interpret financial results; use trends and macro insights to support key planning assumptions with meaningful guidance.

What do we ask?- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance, Business Administration and Accounting.
- Advanced knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Revenue & Margin Management, Financial modelling and Profit analysis.
- Previous experience in Financial Planning and Finance transformation is highly valued.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear and compelling narratives
- Proven track record to operate successfully in ambiguous situations and drive clarity while leading multiple competing priorities.
- Experience with S4 Hana and Anaplan is highly valued.
