As our HR Transportation Benefits Analyst you will contribute to the administration and implementation of Nike’s company car and mobility programs for our employees in EMEA. Are you the administrative wonder with that eye for detail? We are looking for you to join us!

What are you going to do?Within the Transportation Benefits Team you will provide high level support to internal Nike customers as well as external vendors. Vendor management, stakeholder management and strong communication skills are key for this role.
- Source 2 Pay process: Daily management of vendor source 2 pay process by optimizing our invoice collection through payment process collaborating with the Finance team and the finance department of our vendors.
- Car Fleet Management: Car Fleet processes across EMEA, consisting of fines management, vendor invoice payment and raising of purchase orders, Management & Payroll reporting, eligibility checks, and creation of monthly accounting files.
- Process Management and Improvement: Manage end-2-end car benefit related work within the hire to retire process. Be an active contributor to continuous process improvement initiatives. Apply best practices and expertise when facing internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes and/or services. Offer changes to improve team performance metrics, service level agreements with vendors as well as improvements to better the relationship with our vendors and stakeholders. Create improvements based on analysis of objective criteria and thorough review of data. Responsible for account reconciliation of all payments made within the Transportation Benefits space. Apply vendor invoice control, SOX controls and ensure timely payment of vendors.

What do we ask?- Educated to Bachelor/Master’s degree level in Administration, Economics, HR or related field.
- Previous experience in Operations in HR, Finance or Retail field is required, 1 year at least.
- You have vendor management experience as well as affinity with systems (SAP,
- Workday and/or ServiceNow preferred)
- You have attention to detail, a critical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Microsoft office advanced knowledge.
- You’re a Team player who easily adapts to a dynamic and changing environment, and enjoy working and supporting people.
- You have great communication skills to connect and partner with multiple Nike & external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English at a minimum, additional European languages a plus.
