What are you going to do?The Global Process Delivery Professional role is responsible for executing core HR work fundamental to the Data Management function/Total Rewards Operation including monitoring tasks and tickets in Workday and SNOW. The role is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete.
- This includes but is not limited to new hires, rehires, onboarding, Right to Work enforcement, employee contracts, employee changes, organization transformations, manager changes, employee data completeness as legally required and needed for all downstream systems including payroll, mobility, immigration, and benefits.
- Owning DM Production Plan audits including identifying data errors and finding resolutions in a timely manner.
- Executing routine core HR work including personal data changes, one time payments, external payroll inputs, reassigning tasks, termination process, administering LOAs, employee contracts and contract extensions, onboarding, new hires, compensation changes and employee comp/benefit support.
- Looks for process and system improvements to improve efficiency and automation.
- Solves problems on their own and brings well thought out solutions to the team.
- Develops themselves as a Process expert and is willing to expand knowledge to additional countries and areas of expertise.
- May work on team projects as needed to support events such as Year End, Org Transformations, store openings/closings, etc
- Maintenance of local work instructions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to understand complex compliance related matters and to support responses to labor inquiries
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications; employee data privacy knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiels; Masters degree or Juris Doctor preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR or law firm, with a focus on labor compliance or employment law.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience researching labor laws and regulations.
