The Guest Services Ambassador plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Focused on creating a warm and welcoming environment, the GSA ensures that every guest and employee feels comfortable from the moment they enter the office.
What are you going to do?- Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and provide event orientation
- Coordinate with security to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Assist with event preparation, manage guest lists, and offer on-site support
- Arrange high-level visits and tailor experiences for executives and key clients
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure guest services align with broader company goals
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, prepare relevant reports, and manage guest-related tasks
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and event planning teams
What do we offer?- An attractive gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,750, depending on experience and based on a full-time contract

What do we ask?Background in hospitality, business administration, luxury concierge services, or a related field
Experience within the technology sector is advantageous
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend events
Strong organisational and administrative skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with a focus on quality
A warm and approachable demeanor with a passion for creating memorable experiences
Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
First Aid and CPR certification is beneficial but not mandatory
