As a Global HR Benefits Specialist, you will be at the heart of our employee benefits operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional support for our employees in the EMEA region. Your main responsibilities include:
- Employee Benefits Administration: Managing and optimizing employee benefits programs, including life, medical, disability, and vision insurance.
- Leave Administration: Monitoring and managing leave requests across EMEA, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Process Management: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring efficient and accurate benefits administration.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring data accuracy in HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and generating statistical reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with HR, Payroll, Compensation, and external vendors to maintain service excellence.
- Employee Support: Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing clear explanations of benefits.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to benefit processes and systems.

- 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week a full year

What do we ask?We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who can excel in a fast-paced environment.
You bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and strong administrative skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support employees and collaborate with stakeholders.
