What are you going to do?As an Interim Financial Analyst for Nike Stores Finance, you will play a key role in supporting financial performance across Nike’s retail portfolio in EMEA. You will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing financial results, partnering with business leaders, and helping to drive improved decision-making through data and reporting.
You’ll work with a broad range of stakeholders and help translate business activity into clear financial insights. From preparing reports and templates for planning cycles to conducting variance analyses and driving reporting automation using Power BI – your work will directly impact Nike’s strategic goals in the retail space.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the analysis and validation of financial actuals and KPIs.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on financial performance.
- Supporting short- and medium-term financial planning cycles.
- Performing variance analyses versus forecast, budget, and prior year.
- Driving continuous improvement and automation in reporting using Power BI.
- Optimizing financial processes across retail by standardizing and automating tasks.
- Providing ad hoc analysis to key business partners and supporting strategic initiatives.

What do we ask?We are looking for a finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, experience in reporting tools such as Power BI, and a proactive mindset.
You bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and planning, ideally in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Query; Power BI or Tableau experience is a strong plus.
- A drive for continuous improvement and the ability to translate data into insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
- A structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven work approach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Availability for an interim assignment (duration to be confirmed).
