What are you going to do?

As a Customer Support Specialist you'll support professional drivers in Amsterdam as they consider switching to electric vehicles. Based at a local support hub, you’ll build personal relationships, provide clear and practical advice, and guide drivers through every step of the transition. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, retail, or account management who thrives in face-to-face roles and enjoys helping people make confident decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meeting one-on-one with drivers to walk them through the EV transition process;
  • Explaining EV basics, charging options, vehicle types, and available incentives or offers;
  • Hosting small group sessions and webinars to present the benefits of switching to electric;
  • Answering follow-up questions via phone, chat, or in-person to support drivers in making informed decisions;
  • Coordinating on-site test drives of electric vehicles;
  • Collaborating with vehicle and charging partners to connect drivers to the right solutions;

What do we offer?
  • An attractive salary between €3,000 and €3,200 gross per month based on a 40-hour contract;

On one hand, they provide services for transporting people from point A to point B, and on the other hand, they transport food from restaurants to customers.

What do we ask?
  • Fluency in Dutch and English;
  • Experience in customer support, sales, retail, or a similar people-facing role ( 1-2 years preferred);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’re approachable, clear, and confident;
  • Highly self-motivated and able to manage your time and relationships independently;
  • A people-first mindset – you love helping others and solving problems with empathy;
  • Interest in new technologies or sustainability is welcome, but not required.
