We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic operations team. This is your opportunity to play a key role in supporting customers, managing orders, and improving service processes in a fast-paced, international environment.

What are you going to do?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll:


  • Handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints (domestic & international)
  • Process and monitor orders in internal systems
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams about deliveries, issues, and solutions
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement and efficiency projects
  • Follow health, safety, and quality standards

Where will you work?

A leading supplier of high-performance polymers, providing environmentally friendly binders and resins used in the production of paints, coatings, printing inks, and adhesives. These materials support a wide range of customers and markets, with applications across both domestic and international operations.

What do we ask?
  • HBO degree in fields such as Supply Chain, Communication, or Business Administration
  • Experience in customer service and order management;
  • SAP experience is a plus;
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German are a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
  • Cultural sensitivity and a customer-first attitude;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
