We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic operations team. This is your opportunity to play a key role in supporting customers, managing orders, and improving service processes in a fast-paced, international environment.
What are you going to do?As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll:
- Handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints (domestic & international)
- Process and monitor orders in internal systems
- Communicate with customers and internal teams about deliveries, issues, and solutions
- Maintain accurate data and documentation
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency projects
- Follow health, safety, and quality standards

Where will you work?A leading supplier of high-performance polymers, providing environmentally friendly binders and resins used in the production of paints, coatings, printing inks, and adhesives. These materials support a wide range of customers and markets, with applications across both domestic and international operations.
What do we ask?- HBO degree in fields such as Supply Chain, Communication, or Business Administration
- Experience in customer service and order management;
- SAP experience is a plus;
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German are a plus;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
- Cultural sensitivity and a customer-first attitude;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
