You have a supporting role for the warehouse operation, in which you resolve problems that may arise with outgoing orders, inventory, and system, so that the operational teams can pick, pack and ship all orders on time.Your working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Because the team provides reports at the end of the day, one person must always work the late shift from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the latest (can also be earlier if the operation finishes earlier). You therefore work that late shift a few days a week, the other days you work from approximately 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

What are you going to do?
You resolve inventory issues discovered by the pickers when processing outgoing orders;
Resolve system-related problems with outgoing orders in consultation with picking, packing and/or order management;
You support customer service with requests for cancellations or changes to orders already being processed in the warehouse;
Communicate with various departments at home and abroad about problems with outgoing orders, such as customer service throughout Europe, quality departments, planning, etc.
At the end of the working day you make reports on the statistics of that day and share them with management.
