What will you do in the role of a Production Coordinator/Engineer;


  • Clearly outline and document the procedures for testing and reworking motherboards, backplanes, and add-on cards, ensuring adherence to specific requirements for each component.
  • Perform rigorous testing of products and implement necessary software upgrades in accordance with engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Coordinate scheduling activities to align with sales forecasts and Program Management (PGM) requirements, optimizing production timelines.
  • Work closely with various teams and departments to streamline processes and reduce release time, fostering efficiency in product development and delivery.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the quality team to provide updates on issues and collaborate on finding solutions for new and pending issues.
  • Support the review of defects and participate in root cause analysis efforts to identify underlying issues, facilitating continuous improvement in product quality.

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities coupled with strong organizational skills.
  • Possess 2 years of experience in PCBA-related tasks, demonstrating proficiency in the field.
  • Self-managed with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a valuable team player, contributing collaboratively towards shared goals.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite, enabling efficient documentation and data management.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantageous asset.
