- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to pinpoint business challenges and devise tailored HR strategies that bolster the organization in meeting its objectives effectively.
- Take charge of leading and executing various HR initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring successful attainment of project objectives.
- Implement robust HR processes and practices across different departments, encompassing talent management, learning and development, performance appraisal systems, and compensation reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers and leaders, offering coaching and mentorship to enhance their managerial competencies and facilitate ongoing behavioral improvements.
- Continuously evaluate and refine local HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Oversee and optimize employee benefits programs, including insurance and pension schemes, to align with local norms and preferences.
- Handle the investigation, resolution, and documentation of employee relations matters, fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Collaborate closely with the HR operations team to uphold high standards of operational efficiency and excellence throughout the organization.
You will work from 09.00 - 17.30 from monday untill friday.

Wat vragen wij?
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a focus on HR or Business Administration preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international company, preferably within the Computer Hardware/ICT industry.
- Expertise in Compensation, Talent Management, and Works Council matters.
- Familiarity with Dutch labor law is essential, with knowledge of employment law in other European countries considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Wet verbetering poortwachter and experience in sickness case management is desirable.
- Strong coaching and consulting skills to support team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex information effectively.
- Business acumen to understand and contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.
- A hands-on mentality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
