For our client in Utrecht, we are looking for an enthusiastic handyman or handywoman.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
What will you do?
You will be flexibly deployed and responsible for various tasks. These requests come from the residents of a student community, so some knowledge of English is useful.
Your tasks will include:
- Independently traveling within the region to handle various repairs and maintenance in and around our student buildings and units.
- Handling technical tasks such as small electrical and/or heating repairs, as well as minor painting or garden maintenance, etc.
- Being responsible for repairs and maintenance in the Randstad region.
- Performing (preventive) maintenance work in the buildings.
- Maintaining contact with your colleagues about the progress of all ongoing matters.

Wat vragen wij?
- Experience in a similar position or technical education preferred;
- You can work independently and are stress-resistant;
- In possession of a driver's license.
