The work of an Inside Sales Opportunity Representative:

  • Catching inbound and net new qualified leads; 
  • Owning opportunity, validation, and pipeline progression;
  • Prepare and deliver digital presentations to client for handoff to close sales cycle;
  • Coaching and collaborating sessions to foster sales leads, growth, and product knowledge within the sales team;
  • Establishes robust pipeline within the client CRM and maintains accurate data; 
  • Generating sales strategies for opportunities; 
  • Creation of content for training purposes;
  • Work with client business segment handling medium to enterprise opportunities;
  • Work on deals from start to presenting to prospective customers;
  • Work close together with Partners Development;
  • Own and deliver sales quota, including number of customers closed, revenue closed and Cloud sales;
  • Anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services;
  • Effectively own and drive customer opportunities until successful closing by positioning the value of the Microsoft Solutions to customers, engaging both with customers and partners;
  • Guarantee customer and partner satisfaction with the sales process;
  • Complete Microsoft trainings and on-line research in order stay abreast of any changes.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales in the IT industry;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inside sales or partner sales;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft cloud services and Products for companies;
  • Language(s) Required: German - minimum level C1 required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 3 years of Account Management experience;
  • Has metrics-based sales experience with emphasis on performance, quota attainment, and promotion;
  • Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud- based technology industry;
  • Experience in technology and technology sales experience;
  • Inside sales experience;
  • Experience delivering group presentations;
  • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes.
