What will you do?
Based on drawings, work instructions, and procedures, you will assemble blood circulation pumps. These pumps are used in open-heart surgeries. They ensure that the blood circulation continues outside the patient's body during such an operation. So, it's important work! The job of a cleanroom employee at Medtronic is varied. Sets are produced in small quantities and you complete them per order with your team before starting a new set with different specifications. Of course, you all ensure top quality together!
You work according to Medtronic's regulations, under supervision and guidance, and you love to work with utmost concentration. During such open-heart surgery, of course, nothing can go wrong. However, quality always comes before quantity, which keeps the workload well balanced.
You work in a cleanroom, so you wear special clothing that covers everything except your face.
Working hours:
You can work 32 or 40 hours/week! Work is carried out in a 2-shift system and the shifts are as follows:
Morning: 05:45 to 14:15 pm
Afternoon: 14:45 to 23:15 pm

It's important that you have your own transport, as the location is difficult to reach by public transport, especially during late shifts. Finally, prolonged standing is not a problem for you.
