Due to the measures imposed by the government to limit the spread of the virus, you may well be in quarantine, working from home, or your employer may not have any work for you to do right now. No one knows what the situation will be when this crisis has ended.

We believe it is important that you do work you are happy with, now and in the future. Together with you we will go through the programme step-by-step. Are you ready? Register and work with us on your personal future, for example a better job or a permanent contract!

Step 1 Intake:

After you have registered, the consultant at your Adecco branch will contact you to carry out a telephone intake. We will discuss your current work situation, work experience and goals for the future. The various possibilities offered by the Adecco Fit for the Future Programme will also be discussed with you to see whether you would prefer a stand-alone Adecco Academy programme under the supervision of your consultant at the branch, or a more intensive development course with a coach? If you opt for the latter, the consultant will register you with the coaches of the Adecco Fit for the Future Programme.

Step 2 Introductions:

You will be assigned your own coach from the Adecco Fit for the Future Programme. Your coach will contact you for an introductory chat during which the wishes expressed during the intake will also be discussed in more detail. If there is a click and you are both convinced of the feasibility of your desired goals, you will be invited to take a test.

Step 3 Test:

The results of the online test will reveal your strengths, the working environment which suits you best and the options open to you for development. The test therefore generates an interesting insight into your current situation and how you want to develop. You will be invited to do the test by email. Once you have done the test, you will continue to the next step.

Step 4 PDP:

Together with your coach you will discuss your test results and these will be compared with your wishes. After that you will both discuss which course is most suitable for you to achieve your growth targets. We will record the details of your course and the additional agreements in a Personal Development Plan (PDP).

Step 5 Start the course:

Now we can start! Consultations with your coach will be scheduled during the programme. These consultations will be an opportunity to discuss progress and to assess whether everything is going according to schedule and whether there are any problems. Each course is unique, so what you are exactly going to do and how long the programme lasts depends entirely on what you want to achieve.

Step 6 Matching:

Once you have successfully completed the course, you will be ready to make the next step towards finding your dream career. We will be there for you to prepare you for the interview with your current employer, or to match you with a new one!
