Are you an experienced maintenance planner? Do you want to help keep our plant running safely and smoothly? Join our team in North Holland!

What are you going to do?

As a Work Planner Maintenance, you will plan and organize maintenance work. You make sure the right people and materials are ready to fix machines on time. You will work with technicians, production staff, and contractors.


Key responsibilities:


  • Decide what work needs to be done and what materials are needed;
  • Arrange work permits and safety checks;
  • Plan and give tasks to maintenance technicians;
  • Check work progress and change plans if needed;
  • Order spare parts and tools on time;
  • Keep records and update documents;
  • Check hours worked and invoices;
  • Suggest ways to improve maintenance planning.
What do we offer?
  • Contract for 6 months;
  • Full-time work (38 hours per week preferred), or at least 32 hours;
  • Day shifts from Monday to Friday, starting between 7:00 and 9:00;
  • Work on site in Lutjewinkel 5 days a week;
  • Wage between €26 and €29 gross per hour;
  • 25 paid vacation days;

Where will you work?

You will be working in one of the largest dairy companies in the world (producing milk, yogurt, cheese and many more). The company has branches in 30 countries and almost 20 000 employees worldwide.

What do we ask?
  • MBO level 4 or HBO education, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or Industrial Engineering;
  • Several years’ experience in maintenance planning, preferably in food or process industry;
  • Know how to use SAP or similar systems like Ultimo, RCM or TPM
  • Understand safety rules and quality standards;
  • Work well in a team and be proactive;
  • Speak and write Dutch well (English is a plus);
  • Good skills in Excel;
  • Knowledge of COUPA is a bonus.
