Warehouse Spare Parts Operator

Are you good with a PC and able to work independently? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic repair center and a relatively small warehouse? Then keep reading!

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• “Runner” tasks where you quickly bring different parts and materials to and from colleagues, warehouse “picking”;
• Administrative tasks to process spare parts quickly and accurately in the software system;
• Checking, booking, and placing new parts in the warehouse;
• Stock counting and other scanning actions;
• Receiving different smart consumer electronics (from notebooks to e-bikes) if the product is too complex for the standard procedures;
• Inbound control scans;
• Supporting your team with other related tasks when needed;
• Possibility to grow into more specialized tasks.

You work in a dynamic environment with smart consumer electronics, e-mobility products, IT products, and related materials such as parts and packaging. Every day you have a “stand-up” meeting with your Team Leader to prepare the day well. You will process different products and rotate within the team, so your work is varied.

This is a full-time job for a longer period, usually between 07:30 and 17:00. Your Team Leader will decide the exact working hours. Some flexibility for overtime is needed. On Friday afternoons, the team usually stops one hour earlier, at 15:30.
