For Tesla we are looking for Timekeeping Systems Specialist to support the People Support team in EMEA!
What are you going to do?As a key member of Tesla's EMEA People Support team, you will play a crucial role in streamlining timekeeping and payroll processes in alignment with our strategic objectives. This high-impact role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, positioning you as the go-to person for timekeeping-related process and technology improvements.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, including HR, Product, Analytics and Payroll teams, to drive process optimization, implement tech improvements, and address reporting needs. You will be focussed on enhancing the employee experience by ensuring accurate and efficient timekeeping processes and tools across all our EMEA markets.
Responsibilities:
- Co-Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Co-lead collaboration sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Collaborate between the wider HR team, Payroll and Technical team to freeze country specific time keeping requirements, and receive necessary sign offs from Leadership + Timekeeping and Attendance Manager
- Create and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and UAT scripts to ensure that requirements meet the business needs and function correctly.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Proactively identify issues during rollout and recommend viable solutions. Drive interim operational exercises and project manage long term-solution.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner, ensuring project continuity.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and issues to Project Lead and key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness aligning cross region
- Monitor and track project performance metrics, providing regular status reports and performance analysis.
What do we offer?- Salary range 3400-4259 euro bruto per month (depend on experience)
- Hours: full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Contract length: 9 months (with the possibility of further extention)
- Location: Amsterdam.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.

What do we ask?Requirements:
- Proven experience of working with Timekeeping systems (such as Kronos, Workday, or other similar platforms).
- Experience in rolling out timekeeping systems across multiple countries, preferable within EMEA region.
- Strong experience in timekeeping process improvement and stakeholder management, being able to connect the dots between stakeholder requests and how to operationalize in a complex system landscape in the context of timekeeping & attendance.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written (English).
- Strong attention to detail, with intermediate Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
- Ability to run necessary data validations on timekeeping payroll reports.
- Ability to proactively identify errors and escalate issues in a timely manner and drive resolution.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills within HR domain, preferably timekeeping related processes.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels to drive change.
- Knowledge of project tracking tools.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Planner.
- Prior project management or comparable experience.
