We are looking for a Technical Customer Advisor – Energy & PV Systems in Rijswijk who is energized by solving technical challenges and supporting customers with innovative smart energy solutions.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, providing quick and expert assistance, and making an impact every day!

What are you going to do?
  • First point of contact for customers via phone, email, and remote support
  • Registering and following up on customer cases and service tickets
  • Providing technical support for PV inverters, energy storage, and smart energy solutions
  • Troubleshooting and, when necessary, escalating technical issues
  • Documenting cases and contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvements

What do we ask?
  • Excellent command of English; French is a strong advantage.
  • Strong telephone skills and experience in handling complaints, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proven experience in customer support with a strong service-oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Sustainable Energy, or a similar technical field.
  • Good computer and digital skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintaining or servicing PV inverters, battery storage, UPS, or power electronics is a plus.
