What are you going to do?As Team Leader, you will guide a group of warehouse workers and make sure daily targets are met. You work together with the supervisor and your team to get the job done in time and with good quality.
- Lead and support your warehouse team
- Make sure all orders are ready on time for the client
- Check and control stock in the warehouse
- Help new workers learn their job quickly
- Keep the workplace safe and clean
- Report any problems with quality, machines, or safety
- Look for ways to make the work easier and better
What do we offer?- A job for 37,5 hours a week;
- Work times are from monday - friday; 2 shifts: Morning: 08:00 17:00 and evening: 14:30 - 23:00
- A gross salary of €2750,- till €3250,- (based on 40 hours and shift allowance);

What do we ask?- Experience in warehouse or production work
- Some experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Can solve problems in a practical way
- Basic knowledge of stock control and warehouse systems
- English is needed (basic communication level is ok)
- Dutch is not required
