What are you going to do?As a Talent Solutions Coordinator, you will drive the execution of the end-to-end talent fulfillment process:
- For hourly paid and internal positions, you will take full ownership of the talent acquisition process—from requisition creation to onboarding and reporting—working directly with hiring managers, candidates, and HR Direct.
- For salaried external roles, you will support the Talent Acquisition Account Manager (TAAM) and HR Direct with requisition management, onboarding coordination, and talent system updates, while TAAM leads candidate interactions and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience that supports Nike’s employment brand.
- Schedule interviews, organize interview days, and align on offer details.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in applicant tracking systems (ATS), including requisition creation, candidate status updates, reference checks, and pre-employment screening requests.
- Resolve issues and proactively recommend solutions to optimize hiring processes.
- Work closely with a team of talent coordinators to continuously improve processes and deliver best-in-class service.
- Facilitate monthly Talent Coordinator Meetings.
- Collect and share Talent Fulfillment metrics with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Actively support Nike’s brand and mission through your daily work and involvement in visible initiatives and programs.
