Our Supply Chain, Returns Specialist always starts with the consumer in mind, manages the execution of a reverse flow and optimizes service and satisfaction. Are you the Supply Chain expert that we are looking for?


We have an assignment available from the 18th of August 2025 - 31st of March 2026.

What are you going to do?

At Nike, the EMEA Marketplace Supply Chain team takes pride in serving the consumer in the connected marketplace – whether they shop at one of our retail partners, in a Nike store or online. We are relentlessly elevating our strategy and driving improvement in our supply chain operations to reach a more premium service level for our consumer.

We want to serve consumers better by enabling a clean marketplace (new products outlook in the marketplace stores). This role is working with the wider Supply Chain team across EMEA and in collaboration with Nike cross-functional teams and Carrier Networks, ensuring return orders from our partners are processed and credited in a timely manner, with continuous focus on process improvement. 


This role ensures a flawless and compliant way of processing the returns within the assigned portfolio of accounts of the Returns Specialist, while working with cross-functional stakeholders (internally and externally) to perform the needed actions to get the products back to the Nike warehouse and credit the customers. The Returns Specialist has a deep understanding of the business operations and, as a subject matter expert, advises on supply chain solutions and new capabilities, and works on capability transition. 


Tasks:

  • Process incoming Return Requests from our Wholesale and Partner accounts
  • Document requests and follow up with appropriate parties in alignment with audit controls
  • Actively solve discrepancies in any of the return requests, analyzing the different steps within the supply chain and obtain an investigation with the cross-functional stakeholders
  • Coordinate the Returns Request with Nike Logistics Facilities & Carriers
  • Follow up and provide feedback towards accounts on their adherence to our Returns Policy
  • Support your accounts and your team in delivering on targeted KPI’s
  • Analysis on returns data and define appropriate actions to ensure smooth process flow
  • Enable outstanding results by taking the right Return Management decisions and optimize the process
  • Implement new process flows according to the marketplace evolution and the Nike strategy

What do we ask?
  • Supply Chain Planning & Operations Expertise
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in the Reverse Logistics flow (Post-Season/Returns SC processes)
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work with SLA’s and keeping track of set KPI’s for the customers under your responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills and process improvement mindset
  • Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, Tableau, Alteryx
