Drive Syngenta’s supply planning for the Flower Seeds assortment over an 18-month horizon. As the lead planner for designated crops, you’ll balance supply and demand to fulfill customer orders on time, working across farms, sourcing partners, and distribution hubs.

What are you going to do?


  • Execute regional supply plans and meet delivery targets based on approved sales plans
  • Continuously update and optimize short/mid-term plans using SAP and hybrid planning techniques
  • Coordinate cross-functional flow of information to ensure QuOTIF (Quality On Time In Full)
  • Monitor crop portfolio performance, demand deviations, and supply constraints within DCT
  • Perform inventory optimization (e.g., blending, repacking, discards) and manage master data
  • Track and report supply KPIs, consumption trends, and performance vs plan
  • Collaborate on seed enhancement plans and interregional movements
  • Control and confirm demand, perform net requirement calculations, and update projected balances
  • Support customer services with accurate supply data to meet SLA standard
  • End-to-end crop planning execution with ownership of ~$10M inventory value
  • Maintain KPI targets: OTIF >95%, strategic crop availability >98%, processing >95%, packaging >99%
  • Identify and resolve risks, capacity issues, and performance gaps at the MBR level

What do we ask?

Knowledge & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Understanding of seed business planning cycles, trade-offs, and quality management
  • Fluent in English and Dutch

Experience:

  • At least 1 year in a supply chain function
  • Knowledge of flower crops and experience within a matrix organization
  • Exposure to diverse cultures and product quality management
