The In-Season Goal Setting & EOM team, part of the Seasonal Excellence team, plays a key role in leading and driving decision making to maximize revenue, margin and visibility on the EMEA marketplace performance by driving the activities focused on Goal Setting and EOM. The team is accountable for working with the wider NMP and Omnichannel supply chain teams across EMEA and collaborates with Nike cross-functional teams such as Finance and Transportation.

What are you going to do?


  • Utilize strong E2E operations, commercial and account facing experience to ensure effective KPI focus, business delivery to elevate service and ensure accurate In-Season execution through x-functional collaboration with specific focus on Goal Setting & EOM
  • Contribute to initiatives and results towards our operational KPI’s (service, convenience, sustainability and profitability)
  • Flexibly move to provide your subject matter expertise in areas of critical business need across EMEA Supply Chain
  • Support the information flow related to Goal Setting & EOM consolidation to ensure smooth
  • x-functional execution on monthly, quarterly and FY basis with teams including Supply Chain, DSM, Finance and Logistics.
  • Support the centralization and consolidation of the NMP and Omnichannel Goal Setting & EOM process
  • Working closely with your colleagues to identify and facilitate continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency of how Nike supply chain operates within the marketplace through the lens of
  • In-Season Goal Setting & EOM activities.

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operational Management.
  • Strong numerical skills, detail oriented, alongside the ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
  • Experience in supporting and driving process improvement.
  • A solution driven mindset with a pro-activeness towards problem solving.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience of engaging and communicating across different levels of an organization, including storytelling skills & conflict management skills.
  • Analytical experience. Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Tableau and/or Alteryx are beneficial.
  • Team spirit mindset to support peers and business with functional tasks and projects.
  • Process-focused curiosity with the ability to simplify, standardize, and scale workflows while adapting to bespoke business requirements.
