Supplier Specialist - Recruiter

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Specialist – Recruiter to support our client’s temporary labor supplier portfolio. In this role, you’ll oversee supplier relationships, manage contracts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and high-performing supplier engagements.

What will you do?

• Manage relationships with suppliers for temporary labor;
• Create long-term supplier strategy based on performance data;
• Work closely with the operations team to build an efficient supplier portfolio;
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with selected suppliers;
• Make sure contracts, SLAs, and KPIs are followed;
• Organize meetings to review supplier performance and find ways to improve.

• A salary between 3100 - 3500 gross per month;

You’ll work within a large international organization focused on operational excellence and workforce optimization. Your role will be key in ensuring supplier performance and cost efficiency. You’ll have the freedom to shape supplier strategies and drive improvements, as long as targets are met and stakeholder satisfaction is maintained.

• Proven experience in supplier management, recruitment, or workforce solutions;
• Fluent English;
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
