What are you going to do?As a SQL Support Engineer, you are responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the IT solutions used in service operations across Europe. You ensure system stability and provide excellent support to users.
You’ll be based in ’s-Hertogenbosch and work closely with three remote colleagues in Hamburg, reporting to a manager also located in Hamburg.
You play a key role in both the technical and functional management of the Oracle Fusion environment. You work with data analysis, reporting, and assist users with questions or issues.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing Oracle Fusion modules (such as Finance, SCM, CX, and WMS);
- Creating and maintaining SQL reports using Oracle BIP;
- Handling and monitoring functional and technical tickets;
- Troubleshooting issues and preventing recurrence;
- Executing updates, system changes, and testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing);
- Coordinating with external vendors (such as Oracle);
- Contributing ideas for system improvements and new IT initiatives.

What do we ask?You are analytical, technically skilled, and a clear communicator across different stakeholders.
You have:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field;
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Strong knowledge of SQL; experience with Oracle BIP is a plus;
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion (Finance, SCM, CX, WMS) is a big advantage;
Experience with SaaS/PaaS tools such as OIC, APEX, ATP;
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
Full-time availability.
