For the European Medicines Agency we are looking for a Service Analyst to support the implementation of Microsoft endpoint management and security platforms!
What are you going to do?Role Summary:
As a Service Analyst, you will provide technical support to the Project Management Specialist / Programme Manager in delivering IT endpoint and security services. You will contribute to project planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and quality compliance, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with EMA standards.
Standard role & responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in project/programme planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Assist in business design, process improvement, and continuous development of EMA delivery methodology.
- Organize and coordinate project team activities to meet objectives within time, resource, and budget constraints.
- Support budget monitoring and maintain accurate resource plans and forecasts.
- Organize meetings with operational teams, including agendas, logistics, summaries, and minutes.
- Draft, format, and maintain project documentation according to EMA templates and style guides.
- Monitor formal acceptance and closure of service deliverables in compliance with contract provisions.
- Prepare communications for project boards, steering committees, and other governance bodies.
Role-Specific Duties:
- Execute analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation tasks on endpoint management and security platforms.
- Collaborate effectively in a multi-vendor IT environment.
- Support vendor relationship management to ensure clear communication and positive working relationships.
- Facilitate timely communication between programme managers, stakeholders, and external service providers.
- Capture operational data and contribute to project preparation and implementation.
What do we offer?A fulltime (40 hours per week), temporary job from 20-10-2025 until 31-03-2026 (assignment extention is possible)
Salary range:
- 4812,17 gross per month (5 years of experience)
- 5444,73 gross per month (5 - 15 years of experience)
- 6970,17 gross per month (15 years of experience or more)

What do we ask?Education:
- Completed university studies of at least three years, attested by a diploma.
- Technical IT background required.
Experience:
- Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience coordinating and organizing projects or initiatives.
- Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management (laptops, smartphones) and security provisioning.
- Familiarity with MS Intune and MS Defender platforms.
