Kekkilä-BVB, a leading player in the international green industry, is looking for a proactive Financial Administrator to support and further develop their finance team in Venlo. You’ll report to the Finance Manager based in Sweden and collaborate with colleagues across Europe
What are you going to do?Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will take care of accounting processes, VAT returns, and possibly tax matters in the future. You will be in close contact with both internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax advisors.
Your main tasks:
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records in line with reporting standards (e.g. IFRS)
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Handle VAT declarations and assist with tax-related tasks
- Improve financial processes and automation
- Respond to internal accounting and tax questions
- Participate in projects and help improve systems and reporting tools

What do we ask?A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBO+ or higher);
At least 3 years of relevant work experience (internships also count);
Knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation is a strong plus;
Experience with IFRS is an advantage;
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch and German is a bonus;
Accurate, independent, and process-minded with a drive to improve.
