We're seeking a hands-on team player to support seed processing, admin tasks, and greenhouse work. This varied role blends practical work with documentation ideal for someone organized, proactive, and creative.

As a Seed Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for processing seeds, handling administrative tasks related to seed inventory and documentation, and supporting daily activities in the greenhouse. You will also assist with plant care and carry out observations to monitor plant growth and development. This role combines hands-on work with accurate administration in a dynamic and international environment.

  1. Strong multitasking abilities – Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including seed processing, administrative duties, and support for greenhouse operations.
  2. Experience in administrative and business support – Skilled in handling seed-related documentation, inventory tracking, and reporting within a greenhouse or similar setting.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills – Able to facilitate clear communication within the team and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  4. Proficient computer skills – Confident using relevant software for data entry, inventory management, and reporting purposes.
  5. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures – Familiar with standard administrative processes to ensure organized documentation and efficient workflows.
  6. Good interpersonal skills – Builds and maintains positive relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  7. Analytical and result-oriented mindset – Able to gather and monitor information from greenhouse observations and use insights to improve processes and outcomes.
