What are you going to do?We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Sales Quality Specialist to join our Digital Inside Sales team. You don’t need direct QA experience — if you’ve worked in sales, compliance, customer service, or any role where quality and performance matter, and you’re ready to grow in this direction, this could be the perfect next step.
In this fully remote role, you’ll help monitor and improve the quality of sales interactions and processes. You’ll work closely with team leads and sales professionals to ensure a top-tier customer experience through feedback, coaching, and performance insights.
Your responsibilities:
- Review sales calls and CRM activities to ensure consistency and quality;
- Spot patterns and areas for improvement through data and behavior analysis;
- Provide constructive feedback and support team development;
- Collaborate with leadership to implement quality-focused initiatives;
- Create reports and dashboards to highlight trends and performance insights;
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

What do we ask?- Fluent French and English (minimum C1 level);
- Experience in sales, compliance, quality assurance, or similar roles;
- Interest in developing within quality and performance improvement;
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is a bonus;
- Experience in digital or tech-enabled environments is welcome but not required.
