In this international role based in Eindhoven, you’ll support sales teams across Europe. You’ll handle order processing, coordinate with logistics, and ensure everything runs like clockwork. A dynamic job with real impact, where your accuracy and communication skills truly matter.

What are you going to do?

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between sales, logistics, and finance. You’ll make sure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time. This is a full-time position (36–40 hours) for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Your tasks include:

  • Supporting sales teams with order processing and CRM updates
  • Reviewing and booking customer orders
  • Coordinating deliveries with the factory and logistics
  • Handling invoicing and export documentation
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with trade and legal regulations
  • Tracking revenue and maintaining accurate records


What do we offer?

What do we ask?
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree (MBO or similar) in business or administration is preferred
  • Validated experience in sales support, service, order fulfillment or business administration is preferred
  • Proficient in English and ideally one other language: German, French, Spanish or Italian
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems, QAD, CORA, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized mindset
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
