What are you going to do?As a Retail team member, you will focus on execution, product presentation, and service showing your team and customers what you know, what’s great about the product and why.
- Greet customers and provide expert advice on products and services
- Actively respond to customer needs and guide them through the purchasing process
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Build and maintain product knowledge, including new releases and promotions
- Assist in organizing and presenting products in the store
- Ensure a clean and attractive store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
What do we offer?- Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
- 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week a full year
- Commuting allowance of €0.23 cent per km/max of €23 net per office day
- Work from home allowance of €5 per day on days you are working from home

What do we ask?- Knowledge of the Nike brand, culture, and products
- You have retail experience, preferably with management experience
- You are enthusiastic and passionate about sports and/or sports fashion
- You are available to work evenings and weekends
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
