Are you a Quality Assurance Administrator looking for a part-time job with a keen eye for detail and process improvement? For our location in Heijen, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator who will play a key role in ensuring our high quality standards!

What are you going to do?

In this role as Quality Assurance Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality in the warehouse in Heijen. You will work with the logistics partner and internal departments to solve problems and optimise processes.


Your main tasks will be:


  • Identifying and solving quality issues
  • Drawing up and implementing improvement plans (CAPA)
  • Analysing and optimising processes
  • Providing support with returns and documentation
  • Drawing up work instructions and standards
  • Maintaining and supporting Mini-Finish

What do we ask?
  • Available for 24 hours per week
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in industrial sciences (electronics, mechanical engineering or a related field)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field as a quality engineer in an industrial, manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Good understanding of business processes and technical requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with continuous improvement
  • Familiar with standard tools such as 8D and CAPA
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of German and Dutch is an advantage
