What are you going to do?

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical QA Specialist to join our Digital Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality and consistency of sales interactions, processes, and deliverables. You’ll work closely with team leads and sales professionals to ensure a best-in-class customer experience through performance reviews, feedback, and coaching.

This is a 100% remote position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital environment and is passionate about operational excellence and sales performance.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls and CRM activities to ensure compliance with quality standards;
  • Identify patterns, gaps, and improvement areas through data and behavior analysis;
  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance;
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement QA best practices and performance initiatives;
  • Create QA reports using Excel, Power BI, or other tools to highlight trends and performance;
  • Support continuous improvement across processes to enhance the customer journey and business results.

What do we ask?
  • Fluent or near-native Norwegian and English (minimum level C1 in both);
  • 2+ years of experience in a QA role for Inside Sales or Sales Enablement;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce);
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or reporting tools is a plus;
  • Experience in digital or tech-enabled sales environments is a bonus;
  • Familiarity with project-based delivery models or digital transformation is an advantage.
