What are you going to do?As a production employee, you’ll help produce concrete building elements. You’ll work day shifts from 07:45 AM to 4:30 PM and take on various tasks throughout the production process, including:
- Assembling molds and elements
- Installing embedded parts
- Pouring concrete
- Unloading finished products
- Monitoring quality and maintaining process control
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Keeping your workspace and the department clean

- Attractive hourly wage up to €18.75 + 12% shift allowance (based on full-time)

What do we ask?- VMBO-level education is preferred
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Flexible and willing to work overtime if needed
- Basic command of the Dutch language is preferred
- Able to communicate in English (or Dutch, or German)
- Experience in a production environment is a plus
