What are you going to do?As a Production Worker, you play a crucial role in the success of our flower and plant deliveries. Your tasks will be diverse and include:
- Preparing flowers and plants for export, ensuring they arrive at the customer in top condition.
- Sticking and labeling products so that each delivery is well organized.
- Performing quality control to ensure that only the best products reach our customers.
- Various other supporting tasks.

Where will you work?The company you will be working for is located in Aalsmeer. This international business is a major player in the trade of flowers and plants throughout Europe. It is a genuine family-owned company with several branches in the Netherlands and Belgium. This location is easily accessible by car and public transport, but having your own transportation is recommended. Your working hours will start between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM and finish between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, depending on the workload. Upon arrival at work, you will be greeted by the delightful scent of flowers. This position offers the prospect of permanent employment.
What do we ask?- VMBO level education (basic vocational) or 0-1 years of experience.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle stress and maintain a flexible attitude.
