What are you going to do?As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for solving production issues from the moment an order is released until it is shipped. Your tasks include:
- Analyze and solve problems in the production process
- Improve packaging and logistics processes to be faster, better, and cheaper
- Support the production team to work more efficiently and with high quality
- Develop automation and process control standards
- Handle customized customer requirements and offer clear solutions
- Lead digital and technical improvements in packaging and logistics
- Help make the manufacturing process more competitive

Where will you work?You will be working at the European supply chain center of a leading global technology company, located in Waalwijk. This modern site plays a key role in the company’s logistics and production processes across Europe. The Waalwijk location uses smart warehouse technologies, automated systems, and advanced digital tools to improve efficiency and quality. It’s a dynamic, international environment where innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement are central.

Your background:
- A completed bachelor’s degree or higher in packaging, industrial, or logistics engineering
- Work experience in packaging, logistics, or in-plant logistics is a plus
- Experience with MES systems and knowledge of order production processes (PTO/ATO)
- Skilled in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to use quality tools to analyze and solve problems
- Strong teamwork, coordination, and organizational skills
