Wat ga je doen?As a Plant Operator, you will:
- Operate and monitor semi-automatic and automatic filling lines, including loading materials, running machinery, performing product clean-downs, and size changeovers;
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards at all times;
- Interpret planning documentation and carry out quality checks, ensuring all results are properly recorded;
- Use F&P information systems and SAP tools for operations and reporting;
- Perform housekeeping and basic maintenance on filling lines and related equipment;
- Identify and suggest process improvements through Lean methodologies;
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, including improvements in production, logistics, or manufacturing infrastructure.
Wat bieden wij?- A salary of €16.46 per hour (€2.710 gross per month);
- 1 year contract and starting date ASAP;
- Permanent shift-based position with applicable shift allowance and overtime payments;
