Are you analytical, communicative, and detail-oriented? Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe in Oosterhout is looking for a proactive and results-driven Parts Order Expeditor to ensure smooth logistics between sales, purchasing, and warehouse operations!
What are you going to do?As a Parts Order Expeditor, you are a key link in the supply chain, responsible for reliable and timely procurement of parts. You oversee the entire process from placing orders to delivery and support internal customers, suppliers, and various departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and inventory management.
Your responsibilities include:
- Placing and following up on all parts orders within set guidelines;
- Analyzing order confirmations and taking proactive action in case of discrepancies;
- Solving supply chain issues and selecting the best alternative solutions;
- Deciding on transportation methods while balancing cost and customer satisfaction;
- Maintaining contact with suppliers and internal departments;
- Monitoring and analyzing delivery times, data, and processes;
- Continuously improving procedures through corrective and preventive actions;
- Managing data in systems such as MS D365, IDMS, WMS and reporting using MS Excel and Power BI.

What do we ask?- MBO+ or HBO level education;
- Fluent in English or Dutch; knowledge of German or Japanese is a plus;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Experience with Excel, MS Office, and preferably MS D365, IDMS, and WMS;
- Knowledge of international supply chains and logistics processes;
- Detail-oriented, independent, and results-driven;
- Willingness to act as a key liaison between departments and take initiative;
- Must have access to a car due to limited public transport options.
