Zwanenberg is a successful family-owned company in Oss, where we proudly produce soups, sauces, canned meats, and vegetarian products. With us, you’ll have plenty of room to grow, supported by experienced colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge with you. We know each other well, which creates a strong sense of togetherness. Alongside hard work, there’s also plenty of room for fun and social connection.

Our motto: Feel welcome, be yourself, and focus on what you’re good at.

What are you going to do?

At Zwanenberg, we take pride in producing a wide range of food products. Our company consists of various specialized departments, including those for soups, sauces, and meat products.

As a packaging operator, you’ll be responsible for carefully and efficiently packing products so they reach our customers and stores safely and neatly. You play an important role in the process and contribute to the quality of our products, which are enjoyed daily across the Netherlands (and beyond).

Your tasks will be varied and include:

  • Packing products according to set guidelines (e.g., in boxes, bags, or wrapping), often using packaging machines or by hand.
  • Labeling and stickering, such as applying labels, barcodes, and stickers.
  • Inspecting for quality, quantity, and possible damage before packaging.
  • Ensuring tidiness and order: keeping your workstation clean and organized, and properly separating waste (such as cardboard and plastic).

In this role, you’ll work within a close-knit team and have the opportunity to develop yourself within a dynamic and stable organization.

What do we offer?

We provide attractive employment conditions that match your dedication and flexibility:

  • An appealing gross hourly wage of €15.28, excluding shift allowance.
  • Working evenings, nights, or early mornings? Then you’ll receive a shift allowance of 131.5% for hours between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., raising your hourly wage during those hours to €19.94.
  • Weekly salary payments, so you never have to wait long for your earnings.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment), giving you plenty of time to relax.
  • Travel allowance from 10 kilometers one-way, so your commute is fairly compensated.
  • After eight weeks of work, you’ll automatically join our pension scheme, investing in a financially secure future.
