Are you ready for a job where order picking, teamwork, and fun come together? In our modern distribution center, it’s about more than just speed and accuracy. With smart tools, improved processes, and an energetic team, we make sure every order is handled perfectly.
What are you going to do?As an order picker, you’ll collect ordered items using a headset and a self-driving picking cart. You’ll ride along on your cart, and the voice-pick system will tell you exactly which products to pick. You’ll be working with performance targets—making sure you collect a set number of products per hour so that shipments are ready on time for transport.
What do we offer?- A gross hourly wage of €14,78 (from age 21)
- After 288 worked hours, your hourly wage increases to €15,05
- Shift allowance (evenings and weekends)
- 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment)
- 8,33 % holiday allowance

Where will you work?The distribution center is the vital link between supplier and store. Jumbo’s Distribution Center in Beilen ensures that all stores in the north of the Netherlands receive their ordered goods on time and in perfect condition. At Jumbo, you’ll be part of an ambitious, entrepreneurial family business that always puts the customer first. The Jumbo Distribution Center is easily accessible by both public transport and car. And of course, there’s always a parking spot available for you.
What do we ask?- You are at least 18 years old
- You are available on Saturdays
- You speak English and/or Dutch
- You’re physically able to do demanding work
- You are reliable and work with precision
- You prioritize safety and work with care
