What are you going to do?As an order picker at Tesla, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly in the outbound department. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Picking and packing orders with speed and precision to meet customer expectations
- Operating an EPT safely and efficiently while handling orders
- Conducting quality checks to ensure every product meets our high Tesla standards
- Jumping in to support other departments when needed
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, working together with other Tesla employees to maintain a smooth workflow

What do we offer?- Strong salary of €16,58 gross per hour, ADV included;
- You receive a shift allowance of 14% on top of your gross hourly rate exc. ADV;

Where will you work?As a vital part of our logistics operations, you’ll be right at the center of the action in the outbound department of Tesla’s Product Distribution Center (PDC) in Tilburg.
From picking and packing orders with care to performing quality checks that uphold Tesla’s world-class standards, your work will directly support the smooth and efficient flow of goods leaving our warehouse.

What do we ask?- Experience in picking and packing
- In possession of an EPT certificate, or is willing to follow a course to get it
- Reliable and punctual, and can start immediately
- Strong attention to detail and has a commitment to quality
- Good knowledge (written and spoken) of the English language;
- Flexible to work in 2 shifts that change weekly (6:00-14.30 and 14.30-23.00).
