As a Multiplication Order Manager (MOM), you will be a key operational link in the seed multiplication process for vegetable crops. You’ll work with a multicultural team to manage the administrative and logistical flow of seed production orders across Syngenta’s global network.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating the movement of (pre-)basic and breeder seeds, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation and data entry in our ERP system (SAP). This role offers a dynamic environment where you’ll work independently while being supported by a collaborative team.
What are you going to do?- As Manage inbound streams for seed multiplication: orders, coordination, and delivery;
- Validate vendor contracts and ensure completeness of documentation (e.g., Phyto certificates);
- Update and maintain SAP records and Vendor Progress Reports (VPR);
- Communicate deviations and participate in crop meetings;
- Verify purchase orders and support invoice/payment processes;
- Provide regular updates on cost, quality, and volume;
- Maintain master data for vendors and growers;
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices.

What do we ask?- MBO+/HBO (Associate/Bachelor Degree) level;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage;
- Fluent in English; Dutch language is a plus;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable;
- Effective communicator and team player;
- Adaptable to change and culturally aware.
