What are you going to do?As an operator at Okechamp, you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You operate machines, perform checks, and keep an overview. This includes:
- Operating machines and adjusting them as needed
- Performing quality checks to ensure the final product meets factory standards
- Resolving minor malfunctions independently
- Recording production data and reporting issues
- Working together with your colleagues to keep the workplace clean and safe
You will work in a shift system, which means you receive attractive shift bonuses on top of your salary.

- Attractive salary starting from €15.65 gross per hour, depending on experience and agreements
