As a machine operator, you'll be working with a variety of machines, such as folders, shredders, mailers, and feeders. You’ll play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly and ensuring the final products meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and supervising machines used to produce back cards;
• Performing quality checks on finished items;
• Troubleshooting minor technical issues and reporting larger faults;
• Maintaining a clean work environment and following safety and security protocols.

You'll receive thorough on-the-job training to ensure you’re well-prepared for your tasks. Based on your availability, you’ll work in either two or three rotating shifts:

• Morning shift: 06:15 – 14:45
• Late shift: 13:45 – 22:15
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:30

Additional information

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are required before your start date. Your VOG must be approved in advance, due to the sensitive nature of the products and the high-security standards of the clients this company serves.

• A long-term position with the prospect of a permanent contract after just seven months.
• A base hourly wage of € 14,79, with shift allowances of 17% to 28,5%.
• A gross hourly salary of € 17,30 or € 19,00 depending on the shifts you operate.
• Annual performances reviews, with potential salary increases of 6% or more.
• 25 vacation days, and 8,33% holiday allowance.

This employer is part of a solid international company and is located in Breda. They produce credit- and debitcards, and contactless payment cards. Furthermore they also focus on payment and ID verification and provide contact to financial institutions.

You are going to work in a flexible environment within an informal team of around 35 colleagues with different nationalities. There is a close and valuable collaboration with all of the workers.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Have (some) exprecience in production or as a machine operator
• Are available to work in 2 or 3 shifts
• Able to obtain, and wait for a VOG before your start;
• Speak English fluently
