What are you going to do?

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting couriers. You'll ensure they have everything they need to start successfully and monitor their experience to help them thrive. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, operations, or logistics who wants to develop further in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting new couriers with account creation and setup to ensure a smooth onboarding process;
  • Providing support and troubleshooting account-related issues;
  • Leading key engagement activities, including first-shift check-ins and outreach campaigns;
  • Keeping couriers informed about bonuses, policy updates, and important platform changes;
  • Identifying and resolving potential issues to improve the onboarding experience;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance onboarding processes.

Please note working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM. One weekend shift every two months may be required.

You will be working for an internationally renowned organization focused on the mobility industry. It is a globally recognized company with operations in many different countries. On one hand, they provide services for transporting people from point A to point B, and on the other hand, they transport food from restaurants to customers.

What do we ask?
  • Some experience in operations, customer support, onboarding, training roles or similar;
  • Strong communication skills in English, Dutch nice to have;
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets;
  • A customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable attitude;
  • A problem-solving mentality and the ability to troubleshoot digital issues;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
