Do you have technical experience and want to help make important medicines? Join our Technical Services Department (TSD) and support the machines that help produce over 70 million packs of medicine every year.
What are you going to do?As a Mechanical Technician, you will work in the Technical Services Department and report to the Maintenance Supervisor. You will take care of machines and equipment used in the production of medicines. Your job is to prevent breakdowns and solve technical problems so the machines work well and safely.
You will support production steps such as: Granulation (mixing powders), Tableting, Capsulation, Coating, Packaging (blister machines, printers, and packing machines).
You will work with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and help with technical improvements. You may also help manage 1 to 5 external workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Do regular (preventive) maintenance on machines;
- Fix machines when there is a breakdown;
- Improve how machines work;
- Make sure all work follows safety and quality rules (GMP and QHSE);
- Work in shifts and be available for on-call duty if needed;
- Keep good communication with your team and other departments.
What do we offer?- Salary between €3,500 and €4,200 gross per month based on a 40-hour contract;

This job will be 2 or 4 shifts. If you now start in 2 shifts, you must be prepared to work in 4 shifts in the future.

What do we ask?- Education: MBO / MBO4 in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic studies;
- Experience: 3 years as a Technician B;
- Training: GMP, VCA-Full, and NEN3140 VP;
- Languages: Dutch is required. English or German is a plus;
- Skills: Able to work with different technical systems and solve problems.
